This task returns to minimally different pairs of CVC and CVCe pattern words (like Jan and Jane), but, this time, the students will read each word instead of repeating after you.

Pronounce every n in this task as /ŋ/.

You don’t need to pronounce the /g/ at the end of sting or stung, but you will pronounce the /k/ at the end of stink and stunk.
