Except for the first word *stem*, you will not tell students the word before saying it slowly and you will not say it slowly with them before they try on their own. ## 37.4 Rhyming #### Purpose and Procedure In this task, the onsets are /th/, /d/, and /r/. All words will rhyme with *air*. ## 37.6 Story Reading #### Purpose and Procedure The new passage in this task introduces smaller boxes between words.
