This task continues the series that introduces students to three beginnings (pre-, post-, and re-) and their meanings. This time, students read the beginnings without you saying them first.

Note that in this task, pre- is pronounced /prē/ and re- is pronounced /rē/ (rather than being pronounced with schwa sounds) because they are accented syllables.

The words in this task all begin with re-.
